Athletes and adventure seekers are once again set to get down and dirty for Vaseline Men XTERRA Mud Run, the second leg of the 2013 Vaseline Men XTERRA Off-road Triathlon Series.
Set to happen on May 26, 2013 at Filinvest City in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Vaseline Men XTERRA Mud Run is an extraordinarily challenging trail run event that will surely make participants sweaty, muddy, and dirty.
Get ready for the muddiest run this year! Vaseline Men XTERRA Mud Run will feature a 5 and 10-kilometer course which includes obstacles that participants must negotiate before crossing the finish line.
Designed to test their physical strength, and endurance, these obstacles will involve climbing, rope skills, crawling, leaping, balancing, and carrying. As if these weren't difficult enough, the trail run will also cover a variety of terrain - hilly, fast descents, slow ascents, fire roads, loose rocks, grasslands, dirt roads, and concrete roads.

Just recently, Vaseline Men XTERRA Off-road Triathlon Series concluded its first leg -- the Vaseline Men XTERRA Championship Weekend. Held in Liloan, Cebu, the race served as the qualifier for the XTERRA off-road triathlon global championship in Maui, Hawaii.
