Beedang Takbo para sa Autismo

If you happen to be in Davao City at the end of the Month, you can suppport Jollibee Davao's 13th annual Fun Run, dubbed as “Beedang Takbo Para sa Autismo” on January 29, Sunday, 5 a.m. in an out-and-back course at the NCCC Mall Car Park Parking A.

“We are holding this for the benefit of the Davao Alliance Autism Conference set on Jan. 28 at SMPC. But part of the proceeds will still go to the Davao City Water District Adopt A Site Project,” said Leah Mae Bunami of the JTC Group of Companies at the SCOOP at Royal Mandaya Hotel recently.

Also present at the weekly public sports program sponsored by RMH, Beefit Gym, Genesis 88, Stadium Buffet Restaurant and Sports Lounge, Yellow Gate Resort, High Ponds Resort and Philippine Sports Commission was Paul John Miladona of JTC Group of Companies.
The categories of the foot race are the 500-meter Kiddie Run for six to 12 years old, 3-kilometer’s Kargaton (parent carrying a four yr. old & below child), Husband and Wife Tandem and Open Male and Female category, 5K open (male and female) and 10K open (male and female).
Registration fees are P300 for 500m Kiddie Run and 3K open, P600 for Kargaton and Husband and Wife tandem, P350 for 5K and 10K.
Registrants will avail of the free singlet, snacks, baller band, race bibs and certificate. Cash prizes and medals will be awarded to the top three finishers. The first 100 finishers in the 10K will each get a medal.
Registration is now accepted at the RunClub Davao and at the Jollibee stores located in Bolton, Victoria Plaza, Magsaysay, Gaisano Mall, Times Square, NCCC Mall and Matina.
The Vantage Sports Promotions will handle the technical support. The 500-meter run will have its turning point at Maa crossing, while the 3K is at the Venee’s Hotel. The 5K and 10K runners will turn back at the GSIS Matina and Davao Sanitarium in McArthur Highway, respectively.
